In this role, you will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide information about local attractions and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. With a salary range of IDR 3.600.000 - 4.300.000 per month, this position offers a competitive compensation package and the chance to be part of a growing hospitality business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Manage and update guest reservations using our property management system (PMS).
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
• Assist with front desk operations, including billing and payment processing.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with daily reporting and record-keeping tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Must be available to work daily shifts, including weekends and holidays.
