As a Daily Worker Driver, you will be responsible for operating our fleet of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and minibuses, to meet the diverse transportation needs of our guests and staff. You will work closely with our front desk and concierge teams to ensure timely and reliable service, contributing to the overall guest experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring adherence to traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport guests, employees, and goods as required, maintaining punctuality and reliability.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Assist with loading and unloading of luggage and goods, ensuring safe handling and transportation.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, offering assistance and information to guests and staff as needed.
• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the maintenance department promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license for light vehicles, with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of the Kuta Selatan area, including local roads, traffic patterns, and landmarks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to lift and carry luggage and goods as needed.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
