📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage labor relations and employee relations activities to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring they are resolved in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
• Conduct labor negotiations and collective bargaining with trade unions and employee representatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement employee relations strategies to improve workplace morale and productivity.
• Conduct training and workshops on labor relations, health and safety, and other relevant topics.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of labor relations programs and initiatives.
• Provide advice and guidance to management on labor-related issues and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Labor Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations, human resources, or a related field, preferably in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in labor relations or a related field is a plus.
