🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale social projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
