📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Collaborate with the production team to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor and maintain safety protocols, adhering to all relevant regulations and company safety standards.
• Utilize maintenance management software to track equipment performance, schedule maintenance tasks, and generate reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in maintenance and manufacturing equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, industrial robots, or other advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including basic troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and production schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
