🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process governance or a similar role.
- Certification in process governance, such as Certified Business Process Governance Professional (CBGP).
- Strong knowledge of process mapping tools like ARIS, Bizagi, or Visio.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the mining industry is a plus.
