📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years of MNC experience.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
