📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process to ensure all vehicles meet quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections using PDI checklists and quality management systems.
• Document inspection findings and report any issues to the appropriate departments.
• Coordinate with mechanics, engineers, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any defects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the PDI process.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections and follow-ups.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PDI or a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Certification in Automotive Quality Control or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and other PDI inspection software.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
