📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and other materials accurately and efficiently between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Review and edit translations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and other communications in Mandarin.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation and communication.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of communication strategies.
• Provide feedback on translation tools and software to improve efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 6 or equivalent).
• Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation, preferably in a professional or business setting.
• Experience with translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and ability to adapt communications for different audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
