📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance, ensuring all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness.
• Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to maintain our hotel's pristine environment.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
• Assist with special cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and event preparation.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring rooms are ready upon guest arrival and departure.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and steam cleaners.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
