PT Otoman Terang is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial records.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in store maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean and inviting environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions.,Train and mentor new store staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Ability to lift and move store merchandise as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent.
