📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities tailored to the needs of students with special needs.,Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students, helping them develop essential skills and achieve academic and personal goals.,Monitor students' progress and communicate any concerns or observations to the teaching staff.,Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.,Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure the holistic development of students.,Assist in organizing and participating in special events and activities designed to enhance students' learning experiences.,Maintain accurate records of students' progress and behavior, adhering to the school's policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere in the classroom, encouraging students to reach their full potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Previous experience working with children with special needs is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and their families.,Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.,Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.,Familiarity with inclusive education practices and strategies.,Willingness to undergo a background check and provide necessary documentation.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
