As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of our clinic, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting records and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.,Monitor and control the budget, ensuring that the clinic operates within its financial limits.,Prepare and submit financial reports to the management and relevant authorities.,Ensure the proper documentation and filing of all financial records.,Supervise and train junior accountants and staff in accounting procedures and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
