📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation coordination.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the logistics department.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Proven track record of managing teams and resources effectively.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and transportation management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
