📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistent brand standards across all outlets.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management.
