Bidang Fitri Kebab is a renowned kebab restaurant chain in Indonesia, known for its delicious and authentic kebab dishes. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep the offerings fresh and exciting.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor food costs and inventory to optimize profitability.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international culinary techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Valid food safety and hygiene certificates.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary expertise in kebab preparation and other Middle Eastern dishes.Experience with menu development and cost control.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
