PULSE Abadi is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees,Reconcile bank and credit card statements,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for management,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Fluent in English and Indonesian
