📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
