PT Mitra Kencana is seeking a dedicated Assistant Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Magetan, Jawa Timur. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing information to customers about products and services.,Handle cash transactions at the point of sale, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including counting and replenishing cash.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and assisting with restocking.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate sales records.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to support the smooth operation of the sales and cashier functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role, preferably in a retail environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good mathematical skills for handling cash transactions accurately.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed.
