📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits and interactions.
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers.
• Ensuring compliance with health center policies and procedures.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk or receptionist roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer software and medical records systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
