📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify new business opportunities and potential partners in the dental industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, suppliers, and insurance companies.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new business initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in the dental field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the dental industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the dental industry, including market trends, regulations, and technological advancements.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using business development tools, software, and CRM systems.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
