📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients after the sale.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

🛠️ Keahlian

Sales experience in a similar industry or role.Experience with CRM software.Strong negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
