Fast Bit Ekspansindo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring a smooth sales process.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting the sales team in reaching their targets.

Providing excellent customer service and support.

Processing orders and maintaining accurate sales records.

Conducting market research and competitor analysis.

Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.

Participating in sales meetings and calls.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Fluent in Indonesian and English.

Passionate about sales and customer service.
