Urban Bit Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events to build relationships and promote our products.,Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant sales software.,Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
