📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the restaurant industry and labor laws.,Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HR management software.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with restaurant industry is a plus.
