📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.,Provide training and guidance to the quality control team.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Ensure all products meet regulatory and industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
