Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our audience and drive brand awareness,Manage our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn,Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories,Monitor industry trends and incorporate them into our social media strategy,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions,Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Social Media Manager,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven track record of successfully managing social media channels and campaigns,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar,Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
